pH and TA

I thought I submitted this post before but it seems to have disappeared. There are actually 3 issues so I'll spread them across 3 posts.

I've had a great summer with the pool thanks to you guys, switched to LC from the tabs and until recently had no issues. Lately the TA has started slipping (from 110 to sometimes 90, sometimes 100), while the pH is reliably between 7.6 and 7.8. It's a vinyl pool and the saturation index is between -0.4 and -0.5. I was under the impression that pH and TA were tied to each other. Should I not worry about it since it's a vinyl pool? Or should I try to correct the TA and potentially throw the pH off at the same time?

Stay tuned for two more posts!

Thanks

TA of 90 is fine. Don't tinker with TA unless there is a PH issue that TA effects.

If you posted into another member's thread, then that would get split due to hijacking.

No matter. If related to chemistry keep it here.
Looks like your other posts were not really related, so no problem with multiple threads
