I have a 15k gallons fiberglass pool and I have been dealing with high ph, I only use liquid chlorine, could high wind blowing the surface of the pool cause high ph? Thanks

My TA was 110, while ph was 8. I have always had to add muriatic acid to lower ph

As you lower PH your TA will also lower.. You can do it fast or slow and both will work just fine... 
I know it is hard to get the Taylor test kit up there but it is worth it.. why you say... Your TA may not be 110, it may be 200 or it could be 50.. Pool stores are all over the place and the only way to be 100% sure is to have your own kit.. It is your pool and you can do whatever you like but I know it was not cheap and now your letting someone else manage it that could be messing it up and you would never know...
