We just can’t swing the $1200 plus labor to install it. Just retired. It’s just not practical right now. I mean maybe next year but I don’t think for a little while. not planning to just leave it. We’ll have someone come watch it and monitor it with pH and chlorine test and refreshing tablets.

If the person can refill floater mid way while you are gone and add liquid chlorine (say 10 ppm FC worth) every few days, you could come back from the month away being OK. You might have to SLAM, but you might not.
