Hi. I am a pool owner, and have been taking care of my pool for 22 summers. We ae located in Northwest Indiana and had an extremely warm winter and everything is still out of whack. I am using gallons and gallons of chlorine. I am just getting started with TFP and am trying to understand all of the lingo. I have been able to enter my water chemistry results, but when it comes to the calculator under chemical additions for how much liquid chlorine I added...I am not sure what "Chlorine percent" means. Is it the percent of sodium hypochlorite on the bottle? Thanks for any clarifications. I feel like I have spent a lot of time reading and l have a better understanding, but I can't seem to find this one.

Yes, exactly. Should be around 6% for household bleach, and usually 10% or 12.5% for liquid chlorine intended for industrial cleaning or pools.
