Pentair vs pump power hookup

I just replaced my single speed pentair pump with a VS model that has rs485 control to my intellicenter system. Should the pump always receive power since the rs485 will control activation? It’s currently hooked to one of the relay modules.

Yes.

It’s currently hooked to one of the relay modules.

Move the pump power wires from the LOAD side screws 2 & 4 to the LINE screws 1 & 3 on the filter/pump relay.

Turn off the pump CB before touching the screws.

Did you get, or do you have a ground-fault circuit breaker? Pentair won't warranty without.

I already installed ground fault protection on equipment.
