Pentair VS Pump breakers

After changing to the Pentair VS pump a couple years ago we’ve started noticing the breaker will trip for no reason. I’ve read that the VS pump works better on the Siemens GFCI breaker. While looking over things I noticed that the pump is wired to a separate box with the GFCI breaker (1) then goes into our main panel to two regular style breakers(2). If we have the GFCI (1) replaced with a Siemens breaker, will it still trip since the current will then go through the regular breaker in the panel box?

Only the one that is currently tripping right? Not both?
You should only have one GFCI in the circuit.

There is no reason for you to have two Circuit Breakers in series unless there are other devices connected to CB2.
