Pentair Ultratemp 140HC Control Panel Replacement Not Chilling?

I replaced the front control panel which quit working. It was not cooling. Now with the part replaced the heater will turn on but not the chiller. I use the chiller more than the heater. Is there some programming I need to do? Any advice appreciated as I am stuck...

That is strange. It works just like the other but doesn't have the cool option. I sent pics to Pentair but support is slow.
