Not sure about best price but best customer service has been found from Polytec Pools and InyoPools.

Current system is Crud. Lol. Currently have pentair variable pump and filter. Figured I would match with a pentair salt generator in case I decided to automate later on. Pool is 30,000 gal. Everyone on here says to double the cell size. Open to other recommendations though.

Do the automation now. You can get an ET4 or 8 with a built in IC power supply and IC60 generator as a package.

The IC series SWG work best with Pentair automation. If used stand alone, I believe the setting percentages are quite limited. With Pentair automation, you can set the SWG percentage in 1% increments.
If you don't want to go with automation, look into the Circupool brand of SWG. Many members here have had good experiences with that brand.

Best buy is the cell bundled with Pentair Automation. If you want automation now is the time to get both.
Most bundles have the IC40 cell included. Polytec Pools sells bundles with the IC60.

I agree with the others.. if you are considering automation do it now out of the gate.. common experience is you'll never add it later.
