My Pentair Superflo VS stopped working after three years of use. The display and lights still work. I'm getting an error code of 00F, which it seems means that it isn't getting at least 99v of power. I've put a multimeter on it and the L1 is getting 120v, which is what is wired to the pump. Breaker is 120v. Only other connection point is at 120v.

What else could be the issue? Hoping to not have to buy another pump.

A poster below said that cutting the power at the breaker several times caused it to work again. Maybe turn it off for 15 mins to allow it to reset.

Another option would be to try running it off another CB to see if your current one has issues.

Remember, I'm only running 120 not 240. L1(black wire) = 120, L2 (white wire) = 0. And I have had this pump for 3years. No issues.
When you test between L1 and L2 with the breaker on (there should be constant power to the pump) you should see 120v. If not, test black to ground. If you have 120v there but not at L2 white you've lost the neutral.
