Pentair superflo vs installation

Hi there, we just installed a new pentair superflo vs and wired it per the instructions, but the display will not turn on. We are getting power to the unit according to our reader, but the unit doesn't seem to be responding. Has anyone else had this issue?

what’s your voltage reading? Pictures? If your confident with the wiring I would remove the 4 screws on the top panel and make sure the display plug didn’t come loose.
