Our pump shows power the lightening bolt is lit up. Everything is off or flashing. Once temps warm up it works fine. I have had to shut off the breaker to get it to run or it was the warner temps. We have been getting down to low 30s the past couple of nights. We checked wires and they seem connected not frayed or anything. Its about 7 years old. Is it going out?

Do it.
Sounds like a typical problem with a bit of corrosion interrupting the circuit.
Unplugging and reconnecting cleans corrosion from the pins.
