I have a new pool and a new Kreepy Krawly Prowler 930. I've had it about 2-3 weeks. I LOVE how easily its bin empties, but I realized last week that it wasn't actually cleaning for 2 hours on its regular cycle. It just stops after maybe 20-40 minutes. The control panel is lit up as if it's on, and my phone's Prowler App says it's in the process of a cleaning cycle, but it's not moving. It's just sitting there --- sometimes in deep end, sometimes in shallow end. It's not getting stuck on something. Eventually, I guess when the 2 hours is up, it turns off and says it's done. I can't find any information about this on the internet anywhere.
Twice now the App has told me that the Prowler had a "Servo overload" and it gives me the options of "Cancel" or "Reset Robot." When I press "Reset Robot," nothing seems to happen. I'm not sure if this is related or not. It appears to be working/moving when it says this.
If I turn the robot off and then on again, it springs to life. For about 20-40 minutes. Then I have to restart it.
I told my Pool Builder about this, but they're coming on Wednesday to program stuff, so I expect I'll just deal with it then. The Pentair rep is coming out too. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'll update here if I find a fix...
