Pentair Prowler 930 not working

Moved from here.
I just had a pool installed and bought the prowler 930. It will not move when turned on. It worked about 2 times then started moving back and forth in place then stopped totally. I am so aggravated by this.

If new, it should be under warranty...

When a robot starts up, it will run a self-test. Sounds like it is failing the self-test..

About the only thing you can check is to make sure the suction impeller is not clogged.

It is under warranty, they store brought me a new one and it didn't work right from the first try. The agent from Pentair was coming out yesterday after 2 weeks, and had to cancel because he had to get tested for covid. so don't know when he will be out.
