Pentair Pool App Notifications

I have push notifications and text notifications enabled in the app and on my iPhone. Notifications will show in the app but will not send me a push notification or text alert about them. I try to run my pump at low speed and as pressure build I would like to know if I get no flow. Running the new IntellaCenter. Thanks!

Where did you give Pentair a SMS phone number to send you text alerts?

I don't think Notifications works very well.

I get alerts on the panels, in the app, and by email. The email alerts arrive hours after the event.

Call Pentair Support and discuss it with them.
