I have a year-old Pentair MasterTemp 400 that has started displaying several alerts. Overall it heats well and if it I hadn't noticed the alerts I would not have thought anything was wrong with its performance.
My heater is connected to my IntelliCenter via an RS485 cable. I got the following alerts in the Pentair Home App while heating my spa a few days ago. They occurred well after the spa had reached its target temperature of 94F.
A Weak Flame Alarm alert and Air Flow Fault Alarm alert occurred in the same minute. Both say: CAUTION: Contact your dealer or factory technician before attempting to troubleshoot.
I don't know if this is related but sometimes I get the following message sometimes hours after the heater has been turned off and returned to Pool mode: Flame No Call For Heat Alarm.
