Hello! My heater reads 80 on the control pad. When I press temp up it changes to 65 and won’t go up or down. No other lights are on other than pool heater. Any ideas how to raise the temp?

Have you opened up the heater and checked that no critters have nested in it or chewed on any wires?
The membrane keypad sometimes fails and is separately replaceable with Pentair part number 472610Z.
