Did you try activating the air switch by blowing into the tubing as shown in the video?

Are you saying that the AFS led is coming on even when you have it jumped?

Can you feel good suction on the blower intake and pressure on the exhaust?

I talked with Pentair this morning and they had me run direct power to the blower and the blower would only run 20 seconds and shut off which let us know the blower was bad. Just replaced the blower and heater is running. Pentair said they have never heard of a blower running then shut off like that. I'm just glad it's fixed. Thank you for all you help

Definitely odd, especially when you didn't hear the blower turn off during normal operation.
