Pentair LA01N Booster Pump receiving power but does not start (no movement or sound)

I have an LA01N that just stopped working a few days ago. I have tested that it is getting 240V at the contacts and have replaced the capacitor under the top cover. Is there anything else I can check or am I looking at a bad motor?

If I replace the whole pump, do I have to go back with another Pentair LA01N or will any 3/4 hp pressure side booster pump work?

You can replace the Pentair LA01N with a Polaris PB4.
