New pool owner here. Friday night, no one to contact. My Pentair Intelliflo Easytouch App is showing me a system alert. It says - Pump 1: Max Pressure Warning Alarm.
No clue what this means or how to fix it. Any help is appreciated.

Wes,

Did the pump shut off?

If so, did you reset the breaker?

Does you pump have the SVRS option?

How old is the system?

Thanks,

Jim R.
No, pump is running, I’m getting the alert on my phone app. I hit reset on the control unit, it did not fix the issue. I don’t know what SVRS option here, I’m a new , first time pool owner. Pool and equipment is brand new, 3 weeks old. Thank you

Wes,

Report the problem to your pool builder.

Sounds to me like a valve was moved that may have blocked off the water flow for a moment. Did something happen just before the problem? Did someone move a valve, did you change between the pool mode and spa mode? Anything?? Were people swimming at the time? Did you turn a cleaner on or off??

I would just reboot the whole system and see if the problem returns. To do that just push the reset button on the main panel. It will not erase anything; it is like rebooting your PC.

Show us some pics of your equipment pad and if possible, the label on your IntelliFlo pump that shows the pump's model or name.

Thanks,

Jim R.
