I had the same problem today 2/20/24 with the newest Intellicenter firmware. I turned off my 5ghz wifi as this thread suggested but that did not solve the problem. I played around with all the wifi options on my router and the change that fixed the problem was to enable AX and OFDMA options on my 2.4Ghz . I don't know what they do but after making the change my wifi appeared in the intellicenter and I had no problem connecting. I have a late model Netgear Nighthawk router. Before I made changes I used a wifi survey program and could see that my wifi was a stronger signal than all the ones showing up on the Intellicenter. It's definitely a compatibility conflict. I did not have to create a Guest network or disable security. Thanks for hosting this forum.
