Pentair IC60 Flow Switch keeps going bad

Inside the valve, there is a mechanism that rotates through the zones.

Maybe the mechanism has been removed and all zones are getting flow, which could explain the low pressure.

The zones are coming on individually, 3-4 nozzles for each zone, but at 5psi there’s not enough pressure for them to rotate. I’ll re-clean the filters, baskets, etc… to see if that helps. I’ve read separately that the unit pictured can fail causing this problem.

For the pressure gauges, you will be better served by using 0 to 30 psi lkquid dampened gauges instead of 0 to 60 psi. Your filter pressure should never be more than 30 psi anyway.

The IFCS water valve can be opened to check if the internals are in good operating condition and to check for unwanted debris.
