Hi Tom
I seem to have the exact issue outlined in your post of 10/4/22. I had a power surge take out my Pentair EasyTouch automation controller board and once I was able to get it replaced, found that it will not sync with my wireless remote. Wireless remote firmware is 2.14 but the new outdoor board has firmware of 2.19. Is downgrading that firmware to 2.14 something I can do? If so, is there a resource to explain the process and tool(s) needed?
Thanks
Chuck
