My heater will fire up and run for 4-5 minutes (hot exhaust and water) but shuts down, Service Heater LED comes on and the AFS lights up. Any thoughts on the problem?

Can you open it up and see what the Fenwall is doing? It will have a series of blinking lights that indicate what is wrong.
