Pentair 300 DV doesn't turn on

Hi,

I purchased a house this year and it has pool with a pentair heater.
The model # 300 DV. The heater would not turn on, the control panel doesn't light up.

I looked at the switch on the bottom and it is broke (on, off switch). I bypassed the switch (connected black to black
and whit to white) and checked the voltage. I am getting 110 on each wire. I am also getting 24v on 24VAC connection on the panel.

Attached is a picture of the back wires on the control panel. Two wires (white and yellow) are disconnected for some reason.

I would like to troubleshoot this further and maybe get a wiring diagram.

Thank you. I found this manual.

It looks like it could be:

1 d . Dead

A. Miswire
B. Transformer bad
C. Fuse/Circuit breaker bad
D. Bad control

I will check the transformer.

I am getting power before the transformer so it is not circuit breaker.
