Pelletized lime broadcast into pool, how to prevent this?

My landscape maintenance company broadcast some lime into the pool despite my cautioning them about this. Any ideas (including new lawn maintained company) on how to minimize this?

Test your water chemistry and adjust as necessary. Be sure the granules that made it into the pool are fully dissolved.

Try to clean up those on your deck before it rains or gets wet.

Thanks. Working on cleanup now, I realize that it will stain the deck. pH dropped from 7.8 four days ago to 7.6 tonight. I’m thinking lime is not a huge deal, but fertilizer...now that will make me unhappy.

Fertilizer typically has iron in it. If that gets in the pool, it will stain.
