Pebble tech resurface

Hello all,

Had pebble tech replaced end of December and have photos from right after and documented all concerns with one big area that was discolored. They wanted to acid wash and attached photos as I’m still not satisfied. It’s not okay, right? Did acid wash make it lighter too or just because no water.
