Have customer with noisy pump motor "A", they have a second pump "B" which both are Hayward super pumps. Pictures below of the A & B. I want to move motor B to pump A, not yet a salt pool but it's in the near future so what would be the shaft seal p/n be for the swap and is there anything else to change O ring/gaskets so this transition goes smoothly. Don't swap motors, swap the whole power end. Just remove the power line, the 4 bolts that hold the pump together on each and reverse the process for the swap. If you want to go further, get a GO KIT 3SALT for all the gaskets, seal etc. needed to disassemble and reassemble the pump. For just the seal a PS-201 will work. PS-3868 if you want to spend the extra for "salt" rated.

@1poolman1 thank you. Is pump B wet end more capable then wet end A or not. Trying to avoid messing with the suction side of wet end A since there isn't anything extra to work with without then playing with the pressure side ..... as it is I may need to cut all three lines to the MVP to put unions so I can check on the sand. Something is awry with it and this is customers first season so I don't know what garbage the previous owners ran through the filter because it's not looking normal at all.

If they are both Super pumps, the housing is the same. The power ends (everything except the housing) are different in that one is using a more efficient and differently labeled motor. Swapping the power ends involves zero plumbing.
