We are getting close to light installation and I am wondering what the best solution for powering the transformer will be. I have an EasyTouch 4 with some relays to spare that is connected to Screen Logic 2. The PC-2D has a 2 wire input (class 2) and I am wondering if it is smarter (i.e. easier to control) to wire into a relay, or just wire directly into a C/B on the sub panel.
The PC-2D has a remote to turn on/off, change color and mode. If I wire through the relay am I just putting an extra step in getting my lights turned on.
Also, there isn't a ground wire coming from the PC-2D transformer (only black & white), I am guessing that a ground wire isn't needed b/c it is a class 2 and isolated...thanks and let me know if pics are needed.
