Hello everyone, I'm currently staying at a complex on Florida that was just repainted with white water based spray paint. (The building was repainted, not the pool). Now there is white paint residue on the pool surface.

Is this toxic or harmful to swimmers?

It's on the surface of the water , thanks for the speedy reply!
If it is latex (water based), and you swim and get it on you, not any different than getting paint on you when you paint a room. Your EYES on the other hand is a thing, it would NOT be good to get that in your eyes. I would wait until that gets skimmed off the surface to swim.
