Leslies: "Your calcium is too high, you need to drain your pool."
Customer: "Isn't it too hot to drain now (Arizona is now +100 on most days.)
Leslies: "No, pebble tech is fine, heck you can even do plaster now"

Leslies(to me): "Liquid chlorine burns off too fast in the summer". (apparently not realizing you spend 2 min every other day pouring in a half gallon.)

Leslies: "Your CYA is 150, not too bad yet, but better watch it."

I was just there to pick up some liquid conditioner. The sane pool store I usually use does not carry the liquid. I am probably just going to use the powder conditioner going forward.
