T-Cell-15 on a 10400 gallon 21' above ground pool. Calculator says 37% for 8 hours or 100% output for 3 hours. Looking at longevity of the cell, does it matter which way is best? Would rather run pump longer but not sure if that's better or worse for the cell?

The cell is like a tank of chlorine.. It has X amount of chlorine inside. It does not matter to the cell one way or the other... 10% output running for 10 hours uses up the same amount of chlorine production as 100% output running for 1 hour..
