Our South Carolina Build with Photos....IT's ON!!!!!

This may be picking nits, but...how high is your jumping rock / platform? I only ask because your deep end is 6', which, depending on the jump platform's height, could be a bit shallow.

Some other recommendations for you:

You will want (need) a light at the equiptment pad. You will have to go out there in the dark and you will need to see. I can’t tell you what a pain it is to not have one... ask me how I know this... ;)

And outlets! Lots of outlets everywhere! One at the equiptment pad, several around the pool deck and in sitting areas for charging phones, running the robot, etc.
If you are able, run extra pvc for future surround sound/outdoor speakers, lighting, etc. Easy to do now (and cheaper) rather than later.

Hi Nini :)

I am VERY lucky that hubby is an electrician, so I will have lights, outlets, wires etc.... everywhere! I am making rocks out of Shapecrete and the outlets will go inside to disguise them. I can't wait to start that project!

One suggestion I will make since I wish I had done it. Put in some deck sleeves for handrails. They have to be bonded with the deck if you want a metal rail so the only time to do it is when the deck is poured/laid. I regret it and now have to use a plastic coated one plus core drill the deck. Installer wants $1200 to do it.

Congrats on your dream finally coming true with this project! It's nice to watch the progress of another fellow South Carolinian :) We will be doing electrical and pouring concrete soon. It looks like you guys have thought out everything very well. I'm sure it will turn out beautiful!! You're making me wonder if I should have gotten more skimmers now =/
