So, if my PH is a little high, and my TA is a little low, do I lower my PH first with MA, then raise my TA with baking soda, (as I would suspect, expecting to have to re-adjust PH if necessary), or do I tackle the TA first, then lower the PH?

Depends on how low the TA is. But in PoolMath it shows your TA at 60 and pH at 7.8. Those are good numbers. Were you referring to different numbers?
