Opening pool and raypak heater flashing clock/fireman

Hi! Last year I had intellicenter added to my pool and an electrician connect the gas heater to the intellicenter. I cannot get it to turn on. It flashes the clock/fireman’s switch warning. Here is a pic of then circuit, any ideas?

What model Raypak heater are we discussing?

Clk fireman switch just means there is no cfh or fireman switch is open. It looks like there isn’t any low voltage attached to the fireman sw.
