Perfection!! Polaris climbs walls perfectly, hits both ends of pool, wheels at 32-33 RPM’s, picking up debris, not spraying the windows, not knotting up. Some small occurrences of knots or potential knots and then the swivels just perform perfectly. They just right the ship and the Polaris 380 just keeps going. What a fantastic accomplishment. Thank you! We make a great team! Special thanks to ajw22!!!
So after a day of perfection, I decided the tail wasn’t moving enough, made small adjustment. Next couple of days got tangles, Polaris pulled itself out of most but had trouble getting out of serious knots on 3rd day. Wheels were at 32-33rpm, so opened up PRV a little (used a little silicon on threads this time so adjustments are really easy) and put tail back to slower position. All is well again.
A few things in summary... don’t fret about knots if your Polaris can pull itself out on its own, don’t underestimate what the smallest adjustment can do and if it’s working well... leave it alone!!
