@ajw22, I'm sorry, but all I'm trying to do is understand what is recommended vs what I'm assuming or have read here or there. I'm asking all of this so I know what the right thing to do is and then I intend to do just that. Whether I do it myself or pay someone else, I would still want as much information as possible, because as an owner builder, I feel like all the responsibility is on me.

I suggest you reference the blower installation instructions as the air/water interface is critical for proper jet operation.

So I ran some numbers using the ParaJets, 25' pool to pump, no filter, no heater, nothing but jets and pipe/fittings.
IntelliFlo3 - 6 Jets, 107 GPM, 69' of head
IntelliFloXF - 6 Jets, 114 GPM, 79' of head
WhisperFloXF 5HP - 8 Jets, 145 GPM, 75' of head
If you want more jets that this, I would recommend having two separate plumbing loops for the spa jets and a dedicated pump for each.
Also, for the plumbing, for each loop, 3" to/from the spa, split each half of the jets on 2.5" and feed the jets directly off the 2.5" line. No loop required.

Regarding the single 3 way diverter, the flow between the skimmer and the main drains are controlled inside the skimmer in this set up.
This system is set up that the skimmer has a diver valve that controls the flow between the main drain and skimmer.
