Has anyone installed an Optimum T15 salt generator on a OmniPL? Used to have an AquaLogic system and the cell worked fine. Recently upgraded to the OmniPL and the system does not seem to like the cell. It has a higher salt reading than what I am testing (testing around 3200, but system is showing 4000). Also, when the system is shut off and then turns back on, the instant salt reading will jump up to 4800
Additionally, the amps sit between 9-10 when running. Does this seem high? The optimum website says the cell should run between 2-4.
I spoke with optimum and they stated that the OmniPL may not be compatible with the cell, but they weren’t sure.
