Omnilogic starting and shutting down

Hello all,
I have been working with an Omnilogic system that I cannot figure out. When in service mode, the only way I can get the pump to stay on is in HVR mode. Any other mode to manually turn on the pump allows it to start and within 30 seconds or less, it turns off. Then it will turn back on for a second or two and do the same again. HELP! I have tried all the troubleshooting I can think of.

What model pump are we discussing?

Is the pump being turned off by the relay or by the pump control panel?
