Omnilogic MSP Update 4.8

Hi, anyone where to download R4.8.0 firmware? Reason = I updated to R5.0.2 a week ago and the pool pump stops randomly (runs for several hours but stops). When I was on R4.8.0, I didn't experience this issue.

Thank you ajw22. Also I should ask, is it possible to downgrade Firmware on Omnilogic using USB port? Is it advisable? Appreciate the help, thank you.

I think USB is the way you would load older firmware.

Have you called Hayward Support and discussed it with them?

I haven't, but thanks for your suggestion. I just assumed they may lack support on 3+ yrs old unit, but that's poor assumption on my part. I will give them a call or submit an inquiry. Thanks again!

If you didn’t backup the drivers or config with usb you won’t have the 4.8 file. You can’t get it from anywhere either so you are out of luck unless you can get it from Hayward.
