OmniLogic control of HP31204T Hayward heat pump

First time posting a question. This is our first year. My heater worked and lights were messed up. Service guy came and said he just deleted everything off and started from scratch on the OmniLogic. I think before we were controlling heat/cool/auto, temp, temp differential, and on/off from the Hayward app. This time he removed that and set it up as a feature and it only has the on/off functionality. Am I crazy? Did I just imagine it had that control before? I know the app had all of those buttons, I just saw them today before he left and have attached a screenshot of what I saw them for heater control versus what I see now with it set up as just a feature. Can someone help me get this thing set up correctly with full functionality from the app or tell me for certain that the app wasn’t controlling it beforehand because it can’t do that? The tech support line for consumers is zero help and told me to call the pro. He is the one who told me he didn’t know much about these and to call Hayward. So here I am. Any help is appreciated.
