Omnilogic App not able to control Hayward Heater

Got into a new house with this setup which is a few years old.

Heater originally was not in BO mode, so I switched it over. In BO mode, I have it selected to Pool or Spa.

Turning on the heater from the app does nothing. Heater only turns on when its in the normal mode set to Pool or Spa.

Could it be that the heater was never setup for bypass? Any way to check

Welcome to TFP.

Look for the control wire that connects the heater to the OmniLogic. It is explained in the equipment manuals available on the Hayward website.
