Omnihub not controlling valves anymore. Any help appreciated.

Preface
I have a pool with a variable pool pump and a spa with a spillover.
I had to replace the "Hayward HLXHIOPCB Omnihub Replacement Board" because a lot of the components shorted when I had a blackout and power came back on.

The Problem
Everything except the actuators are working perfectly.
Scheduling works to start the variable pump at the correct speeds but when I set it for spillover, the actuators don't turn on.
I can manually turn each actuator using the toggles underneath.

Current setup
I've gone into the config setting to edit my current configuration:
1. Bodies of Water >> Pool >> Other Options >> Spillover >> Yes
2. Bodies of Water >> Pool >> Other Options >> Return/Suction >> Return: Wiring Hub.VLV1, Suction: Wiring Hub.VLV2
3. Bodies of Water >> Spa >> Other Options >> Spillover >> Yes
4. Bodies of Water >> Spa>> Other Options >> Return/Suction >> Return: Wiring Hub.VLV1, Suction: Wiring Hub.VLV2

I tried looking through the manual to see if I'm doing it correctly, but it doesn't seem intuitive for editing current configs. If anyone can give me any insight into this I would very much appreciate it.

Here are the pictures of the wiring hub pcb, the fuse box, and the plumbing. The wiring from the wiring hub to the actuator valves is kind of a jumbled mess that’s been painted over though.

I can confirm that the actuators are getting power though since the manual toggle controls underneath the actuators are working.

Have you tried making sure the toggle switch is in the correct position. There is On1, Off, and On2. It’s possible they might be reversed. Try each one separately with on On1 and On2

You’re right… I assumed the toggle needed to be in the middle position, what I thought was “neutral”. Setting it to the correct “ON” position worked when I scheduled the spillover. Simple case of user error/ignorance. Thanks for the insight, ChrisLPC!
