Hi, I wonder if someone can identify what type of light incl cover I likely have in my old inground spa. The spa may be from 90s I have attached the picture of the spa which I have recently renovated/repainted. Unfortunately I dont have a better picture of the light until I drain water in next couple of week. The light was initially working on and off, then for a couple of weeks I had no issue and then suddenly died.IMG_1811 (1).jpegIMG_1657 (1).jpeg

No idea. I assume it's an incandescent light?

I have replaced my old pool lights (1980s pool) with retrofit LED lights from Spa Electrics (Melbourne based company). Might be worth looking up what they have for Spas.

Nothing like what I’ve seen before. Find out what drives it, most likely a 12V transformer somewhere. I replaced an old poolrite 12V 90W halogen with a resin filled LED and driver off ebay over 10 years ago and it’s still going strong.
