Old polymer pool trouble. Please help!

Hello all! New to the site. My wife and i are refurbishing our polymer wall pool and would like to know if we can cut off the bullnose coping that has deteriorated over time and affix an aluminum vinyl liner track to the top of the polymer wall? Has anyone had an experience like this? If so we would love to "pick your brain" thanks in advance.

Hi and welcome to TFP! Yeah that bullnose needed to go. Good idea of making it a liner pool. Now to figure out how to add the liner. Are you doing all of the work on your own? Have you talked to any pool remodelers in your area?

They make vertical liner tracks Like this one if you have enough wall up top to secure it to.

If its aluminim, every piece needs both ends bonded.
