Official 2017 BBQ, Smoking, Grilling, Baking and Beer thread

It was an eclectic meal this evening -

Hazelnut-crusted Salmon with maple-bourbon reduction
Corn on the cob
Tomato, cucumber ribbon & Avocado salad with white balsamic dressing

Something about fish makes me want a Sam Adams ... I guess I miss my days in Boston when I could WALK to Legal Seafoods and get all kinds of delicious fish dinners....

Torched up some marinated chicken wings and glazed them with some Robert Rothschild pineapple habanero sauce -

Thanks. The Rothschild glaze (got it at Costco) worked out great. I first marinated the wings in fresh lime juice & zest, avocado oil and Tony Chachare's creole spice for a couple of hours. Cooked them on the grille and then transferred them to a pan for the glaze. I let the glaze cook down to get nice and sticky.

The wings were nice and spicy ... there were 4-1/2 lbs and I think I ate 2lbs all by myself.

Turkey burgers mixed with chopped jalapeño and onions. Had sides of baked beans and french fries...easy and quick!
