It's that time of year when the Live Oaks drop their leaves. I don't have all that many on the bottom, but seems like they get stuck in the center, bottom flexible mesh quickly and clog up the intake within just a few minutes. Is there a work-around for the robot (other than cleaning it every 5 minutes or manually scooping/vacuuming)?

Try removing the fabric seal at the bottom of the basket. You will lose some debris when you remove the robot for cleaning.
Removing the fabric seal worked like a champ. Probably will be able to put it back in next week when the oaks have finished shedding their stiff, sharp pointed leaves.
