Numbers too high - how do I fix?

Well this is very curious. After draining the pool for hours, I tested the salt levels yesterday and they are exactly the same! How can that be? I guess it didn't drain that much after all. :-/ At 3780 ppm, it's slightly above recommended levels (3400 is upper limits). I'm tempted just to leave it since Pool School says the values will reduce over time plus with summer coming up the pool will be used more so more splash out anyway.

The rest of the numbers:
FC 3
CC 0.5
TA 90
pH 7.8

Since you don't need to SLAM then it's time to balance the water. You should add stabilizer to get the CYA up and also either increase the % of the SWCG or increase your run time as you are at the bottom limit of what your FC should be when you have the correct level of CYA.
My pool, I'd lower the pH closer to 7.2
