Notifications not coming in

I am not receiving e-mail notifications that there's activity on one of my posts or a thread I'm watching. I'm pretty sure that I've set all required parameters properly and I've checked my SPAM boxes. No e-mail from the Forum although I do receive occasional mail about the test kits. The e-mail address is the same.
Would someone please talk me through the various settings? Thank you!

Thanks. Oddly, I did just get a notification of your response. I'll wait and see what develops before I bother him.
