Not Quite Sparkling

My pool water is clear but has just a tinge of cloudiness to it. It just doesn't have that sparkle that it normally does. The plaster was redone 4 months ago. What should I do to get back to that sparkle.

Check the filter. What is the filter pressure vs clean filter pressure?
