We are having the same issue with it turning off after 10-15 seconds. Took it to pool store for diagnostics and it worked great there. Brought it home and it does the same thing. Took it back to pool store, worked great, again, doesn't work here at home. Have changed cords, outlets, tried extension cords and no extension cords. Any advice appreciated!

Usually the issue is the plug that plugs into the control unit. You can unscrew it, take it apart, and see the cables are screwed onto the connector. Those cables get loose and frayed and break. I have fixed mine twice so far each time it lasts a couple years before it needs to be done again.
